Overview

The CRA Property Improvement Matching Grant Program encourages private investment to enhance the appearance and functionality of properties within the CRA District in Holly Hill. This program provides a 50% reimbursement of eligible project costs, up to $10,000 per property, for exterior improvements aligned with the CRA Master Plan goals. Funding is allocated annually and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability in the CRA budget.

Eligibility*

To qualify:

• Must be a commercial or residential property owner within the CRA District

• Proposed improvements must align with permitted/conforming uses

• No delinquency on property taxes or ongoing legal issues with the City

• No current code violations or outstanding liens

Ineligibility

• Interior renovations

• General maintenance

• Electrical work (except exterior lighting)

• Improvements funded by a previous grant within five years

Preferences

• Priority given to projects supporting the CRA Master Plan goals and enhancing community vitality
