• Demonstrate good governance practices and organizational sustainability.

• Show capacity to meet the DWR Center Resident Grant Match requirement.

Ineligibility

• Organizations not meeting the above eligibility criteria.

• Entities not recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3).

• Organizations not providing services to the specified communities.

• Non-compliance with Nevada state incorporation or foreign entity registration.

Preference

Preference is given to organizations that:

• Have a clear plan to utilize DWR Center resources effectively.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to community collaboration and improvement.

• Can articulate how the grant will enhance organizational sustainability and impact.
